The front desk girl was wonderful. Wished I had gotten her name, bc employees like that is what makes a company. First impressions is everything. Nice location with good garage parking. The room was nice, and it was clean. Enjoyed the balcony. Didn't try the food. Two disappointments: the tub drained EXTREMELY slow. And the water was very hot; which forced us to turn the pressure down. The lack of pressure wasn't enough to wash my hair and expect to get all the soap out. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Nice hotel with extended parking available. Stayed here with the family prior to going on a cruise. The lobby and room we're clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was decent with a variety of places to go in a short walk, but without the madness of the French Quarter.

The room was clean and located in a decent area of the city. The balcony was a nice touch but could use chairs. The bartender was nice but wasn’t knowledgeable in making fancy drinks for visitors of the city. (Not her fault) We ordered chicken quesadillas which we’re mediocre at best. The tenders weren’t that great either🤷🏾♀️.

The hotel is marvelous. The only problem is that the room.we stayed smelled like cigars and it is a non-smoking hotel. The view is amazing, everything is walking distance, it has a pool the goes 8 feet down, has a bar, and the beds are super comfortable. Love the hotel. Recommended to people who are going to Bourbon street, cafe du monde, and all the attractions.

The staff was excellent my room was very clean location is just off the beating path but close enough to walk if you're up to it, love the balcony, parking is $30 a night but it's self parking so I liked that. Enjoyed my stay although I wasn't in my room much.. Hey it's Nola..lol. I highly recommend this hotel...
